I just returned from a trip back to Ireland. A trip to honor my mum, and my ancestors as she passed this last November. The pull to return was palpable. I traversed the sacred sites, while grieving my loss. My mum was born in Co Mayo, on a tiny road or village called Baralty, in Glenamoy. My grandma was a seer, a bean feasa, my mom I believe hid or shut down her gifts when immigrated to the US at 18yo. I've studied energy the last 30 years, realizing I've been trying to uncover myself, and the ancient wisdom of my lineage the last many years. I have been guided here, to answer this call. Glenamoy is in the thumb region of Aire. I resonate with what you mention about your grandmother shutting down her gifts. I feel my Dublin born nana may have done the same. When my mother passed I went quite telepathic and have always wondered if I inherited some 'gifts' that were dormant + unexpressed in our Irish line...
